Vintage Rome City Street Railway NY 24x24 Metal Sign Railroad Stock Certificate

Description

Measures approximately 24" x 24".  Hard to photograph due to camera flash and glare on silver background.  The silver has tarnished or oxidized -  it probably will clean up but I wasn't sure what to use on it so I'm selling as is.  There is rust on the back side and along the edges.
