    Description

RARE 1938 F1a JUBILEE 4-4-4 CPR CANADIAN PACIFIC LOCOMOTIVE BUILDER PLATE. Very nice, CLC Canadian Locomotive Company steam locomotive builder plate construction number 1936 from January 1938, a 4-4-4 "Jubilee" off of engine #2922, a F1a class engine. Plate is cast aluminum and in very nice condition, free of any cracks, repairs, or pieces missing.
Last image shows an example of this beauty in Brandon on April 1, 1946 thanks to Train Web. Named for the Jubilee which was the 50th Anniversary of the Transcontinental passenger service, this wheel arrangement was quite rare with the CPR being the only railway in Canada to have it. There were only 20 locomotives in this class, 25 in all, so it's a very tough plate to come by, a great addition for the locomotive plate collector or Canadian rail enthusiast!
Will ship via FedEx Ground Delivery with tracking, and will be packed well for transit.
