    Majolica Butter Pat #25 – Fan Shaped With Two Flowers & Stems
    I’ve collected and enjoyed the beauty of majolica butter pats over the last 35 years but it’s time to find them a new home; I’ll be selling them a few at a time in my monthly sales; This one is shaped like a fan and is 4-1/8 inches across at its largest dimension; The fan is well detailed with two flowers and stems; It is blue, brown, gray and red with a yellow edge; The bottom is gray; Please look over the photographs to appreciate the beauty of these butter pats and to assess any flaws that I may have noted; Majolica butter pats are rarely absolutely mint and usually have miniscule amounts of wear, but most of mine are so close to mint that I will call them extremely near mint and if there are any flaws will point them out; This one has six (6) very small glaze chips along the upper edge of the fan; Otherwise it is extremely near mint.
