Long Island Rail Road Plates (3). Condition is "Used".
This auction listing has (3) Long Island Rail Road plates all which are made of stainless steel.
Brake cylinder plate measures about 12 1/4” L x 4” W x .062 in thickness and weighs about 13.8 oz.  Plate has a protective film on front side with some scratching in film.    Back side of plate has printed in black felt pen YB 6061 which may have been a passenger car number and some rust or oxidation.  Plate appears from bolt holes to have been mounted on a car.  Both sides of plate show scratches, nicks, dings, etc.
The owner plate measures about 6 1/4” L x 1 1/2” W x .062 in thickness and weighs about 2.5 oz.  Plate has a protective film cover on front side.  Plate lays flat.  Both sides of plates shows a semi mirror finish to it also shows scratches, nicks, dings, etc.
The rebuilt plate measures about 8 1/4” L x 2 3/4” W x .037 in thickness and weighs about 3.7 oz.  Rebuilt plate has discoloring on front and backs and has bolt hole raised surfaces on back side from rivets.  Plate has some missing black paint on front side.  Both sides have scratches, nicks, etc.
