While incense don't expire in the traditional sense, our family keeps our incense away from sunlight, out of extreme temperatures and away from moisture to ensure the freshest possible scents are maintained.  Additionally, we only store what we need to meet our customers demand over a short period of time so that it's not sitting on our shelf in our home for too long.
Anti-Stress is for exactly what it sounds like to.  The scent is intented to calm and relieve the mind.  Stress is a major cause of depression, anxiety and other social ills in our culture.  It's good to use aromatherapy to lighten it up a bit when things just get to overwhelming.  This is a strong sweet scent to help you achieve that goal.  Combine with meditation, calming background sounds (I like gentle rain sounds or soundscapes) and crown chakra candles for an even more powerful effect
