    Description

    This is Quartered Oak Staircase from a 1894 Mansion. We saved almost every part .
    YOU GET
    All the treads and risers.
    All the rails, Posts and Balusters.
    All Skirt Boards and Paneling.
    One stringer from each section to use as a pattern.
    Condition
    Overall great never refinished
    Some treads need to be glued back together ( not broken  just glue failed )
    Stairs were carpeted so less wear but staple holes
    One of the small posts  is missing its cap and shows some abuse .
    The paneling between 1st and 2nd landing  suffered some damage but looks repairable,
    Basic measurements
    133 1/4 from first floor to second
    170 from nose of bottom step to back wall (back wall of first landing )
    134 side to side  (measured from the right side of the first  landing  across to the left side of the second landing.
    7 inch rise
    12 inch tread
    First run of steps about 50 inches wide but curves out to over 70 wide.
    Great Staircase and with all the parts you can make it fit may applications
