    Description

    Up for bids the the builders plate from New York Central GP9 #5913.  this locomotive went on the become Penn Central #7313, the Conrail #7313, then CR #7530, and ended its days on the Caddo Valley RR (Arkansas shortline that folded in 2010) as their #7530.
    The plate shows some sanding wear from some long-ago repaint job, but everything is still nicely visible.  Sorry, we wish those RR painters had been more careful - didn't they know that someday NYC GP9 builder's plates would be hard to find?
