Baldwin Steam Locomotive Brass Builders Plate, Vintage, Original Railroad

Description

This is a brass builders plate from a steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1927. This has not been cleaned, but it is in the exact condition it was when removed from the locomotive. There are little surface marks on the plate. Can't figure out how they got there. This is not a replica, but an original plate from a steam locomotive.
Has the smokebox curvature.
