    Description

    This is an old Mercantile Hanging Scale made by Chatillon's NEW YORK and called the SPRING BALANCE.  The scale has a heavy brass face measuring 5" by 6" with fractional weight markings from 0-20 pounds.  The back is japanned black steel.  The 3 original chains hang from the Scale Hook and suspend the original tin metal pan.  The pan has been patched and refinished in black paint.  Scale is fully functional and pretty accurate with great visual appeal.  Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy it back.  Check my Feedback.
