    Description

    Up for auction are 3 primitive antique painted Victorian era architectural columns, spindles or balusters recently found at auction in the Lancaster County PA area.  They are found in good used condition.  Condition issues include loss to paint, cracked surface, exposed 19th century nails.  Cracking crazing throughout, wood losses at ends.  Age cracks, natural wear, distressed.  All wood.  Columns like this were usually used for railings, porches and other architectural features.  Bases are square and measure approx 2.75". Overall approx 15.75" tall.  Great for reuse and repurposing.
