    Description

    1930 U-1e 4-8-2 #6051 MOUNTAIN CNR CANADIAN NATIONAL LOCOMOTIVE BUILDER PLATE. Very nice, MLW Montreal Locomotive Works steam locomotive builder plate construction number 68347 from June 1930, a 4-8-2 "Mountain" type off of engine #6051, a U-1e class engine. Plate is cast iron and in very nice condition, free of any cracks, chips, repairs, or pieces missing.
    Last image shows an example of this beauty thanks to Train Web of one unit away, #6050. This was a gorgeous locomotive. A great addition for the locomotive plate collector or Canadian rail enthusiast!
